I have never had this poor of an experience in a nails salon. The service was poor and the manager was incredibly rude

Overall was good, only reason I’m giving a 4 is because they did not honor their word…. I had a chat with them before I went in which was an Acrylic overlay with Gel polish got quoted 55. Booked and went in only to be talked out of Acrylic overlay and have GelX by Joe, both the guy on front desk and Joe said it would be the same price several times … but of course the minute I go to pay it’s now 60! … I don’t like suprises which is why j had chatted with them before sitting down. I found that to be very dishonest, when there was absolutely no reason for it.

Very expensive for a place that doesn't file and shape nails. $40 for a 7 minute manicure and she didn't shape my nails with a file or even the lengths. Only used a very rough file on top, and now the tops of my nails are scratched up. Pedicure was better with Linh as she put more effort in. Nice sugar scrub, massage, polish application, ect. But didn’t shape nails at all so they look horrible and jagged.
